Wake Up Light: awakening in a natural way with your Mac

According to a psychologist friend told me a while ago, some of the reasons why some people have have an evil awakening is why break the cycle of sleep quickly and little natural (one of its recommendations is always leave blinds uploaded to awaken more naturally).

And it is precisely the animals wake up light cycles (solar) and not annoying alarm clocks, as we do. Obviously not everyone is lucky enough to have a big window where you see the sun every morning but if you have a Mac in your room you can mimic this effect.

Wake Up Light

Wake Up Light is an alarm clock for your computer that mimics the natural light cycle and instead of waking with intense and disturbing noises, does imitating a sunrise on the screen of your computer.

The idea is really good and if these studies are correct, as we say goodbye once and for all those days where everything seems to go wrong precisely why we woke up to bad luck. The application available on the Mac App Store.
