The jailbreak community is well on track to bring the voice assistant Siri for rest of the family iOS

A number of community members jailbreak include limneos (CameraWallpaper, ScrollingBoard), Gojohnnyboi (restored_pwn) and iH8sn0w (sn0wbreeze), are working to bring Siri to other devices with IOS 5 as the iPod touch fourth generation or iPhone 4. It will not be an easy task, but this image shows the first results, activating the wizard settings for voice of the 4S in the previous generation iPhone.

The group involved in this port of Siri continues to work to run the background process that brings up the "magic box" through which you interact with the wizard, but everything seems to point that in a matter of weeks we will be able to claim victory. The biggest challenge facing the group is to unite everything in an installer to somehow transfer the necessary files from iPhone 4S to iPhone 4 or the iPad 2 by exempting them from the responsibility of piracy itself.

And, as the famous Dev Team, it seems clear that to activate the wizard of the 4S in our devices it will be necessary to exploit a very low level of A5 processor to access the file system code something that the group has always refused essentially because it is in a dangerous area that can give many headaches with the law. In another vein, the guys from the Dev Team have updated ultrasn0w to version 1.2.4 compatible with iOS 5 (tethered), but if you have the new version of Apple's operating system at the moment it is best to wait until launch an untethered jailbreak.
