Apple released the first official promotional video of Siri, which demonstrates the possibility of a "personal secretary". Apple introduced a new feature with the new smartphone iPhone 4S on 4 October.

"Private Secretary" yet able to recognize only English, French and German, but over time this list will be updated. Siri will work in all embedded applications in 3G and Wi-Fi as Apple confirm, Siri will learn to better recognize the voice of the user, and its work will improve.

Siri also capable to write the dictation and even read the user information such as the notification list. After receiving a command to put on an event calendar, Siri will check to see if it's busy time, and report the result to the owner.
