Smartphone LG Optimus Q2 - the successor to the original Optimus Q - was officially announced by the Korean producer over the weekend.
Just like its predecessor, the smartphone is equipped with a sliding QWERTY-keyboard, but comes with a dual-chip NVIDIA Tegra 2. Moreover, the CPU clock speed was increased to 1.2 GHz, which theoretically means that Q2 should surpass LG Optimus 2X in terms of performance.

The front part is decorated with Optimus Q2 4-inch IPS LCD display with brightness 700 nits. Capture photos from your device will be carried out using a 5-megapixel camera and video chat available frontal VGA-camera. As for the platform, the device uses the Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Probably you have never heard of LG Optimus Q, and all because he is only sold in their home country - in South Korea. However, LG Optimus Q2 should appear in the Old World as early as next week.
