iPad 2 vs Kindle Fire: Startup speed and surfing the Web to compare in a video

The new Kindle Fire and iPad 2 are compared in a YouTube video showing the superiority of Apple's tablet at startup and web browsing in general cleaning and the speed of the interface. The Fire of Amazon offered to 200 dollars less than half of iPad 2 and is not designed to compete with the top of the line Apple.

The new Kindle Fire tablet is available since yesterday in USA for the price of 200 dollars less than half of iPad 2 entry level. On YouTube there is a video that compares the Kindle Fire with iPad 2 regarding the speed of startup, loading and navigating on the Web and also for playback of videos by Netflix.

In the movie made by iDownloadblog you can see the dominance of Apple tablet in all tests with the exception of video playback from Netflix.

The best performance of the Fire however may depend more on the new optimized app which now available for Android, the Kindle Fire works with an ad hoc version of Google mobile OS, that for the pure power of the processor. Remember Fire works with the OMAP 4430 1GHz processor while Apple uses the efficient and optimized dual-core Apple A5.

In addition to testing the iPad 2 is greater than the Kindle Fire for the quality and cleanliness of the interface as a whole, the scroll speed of the pages and in General for a superior user experience. One should always remember though that Kindle Fire is proposed only 200 dollars, a fraction of the price of iPad 2: it was not intended nor designed to compete with the top of the range proposed by the Apple tablet.

The strength of the Fire is regarding the affordable price and access to the myriad of content services and products offered by Amazon through their online store.
