Android vs Apple

We can assure all of our partners, including here in Taiwan, that we will not leave them without support in patent disputes with Apple, as it was in legal dispute HTC from Apple, because we believe that Apple in its claims are not right. -- Schmidt

Remember that the key partners of Google - Samsung and HTC are waging a fierce Taiwanese patent war with Apple, accusing Google's Android plagiarism technological ideas. IPhone manufacturer is seeking an injunction against the sale of devices with the mobile OS from Google in several countries around the world and some where Apple is unable to.
