ClockCenter: add the clock and date in the Notifications Center

ClockCenter is a new tweak available in Cydia you can download from the BigBoss repository. Its purpose is to add an original clock (with date) Notifications to the Centre of IOS 5. In other words it is a new widget that users have a jailbroken iPhone can install on device.
