December 9th Court of Australia took a preliminary injunction against the sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the country, imposed earlier on the suit Apple to Samsung. Thus in Australia the iPad again appeared fairly strong competitor.

However, Apple's lawyers yesterday again sent Samsung infringement notification its design solutions (this time it is at least about 10 patents) in the design of the case for Smartphone and tablet. The publication notes that the case for the Samsung Galaxy Tab is really very similar to Smart Case for iPad.

As stated by the representative of Apple Stephen Burley, as soon as the statement of claim will be forwarded to the Court, reports Bloomberg. He said this at the hearing on the claim Samsung to the Apple with charges of violating several of its patents. The next court hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled for February 9.

It should be noted that over the last year Apple and Samsung sued each other for more than 30 lawsuits in various countries on four continents.
